About Me
Dear Future Client,
I know what it took to build what you've built. I know the early mornings, the staff dramas, the months where the numbers didn't add up and you held it together anyway. I know what it feels like to pour yourself into something and wonder, quietly, whether it will ever give back what you put in.
I built a business too. I know what it's like to stand inside something you created and feel both proud of it and ready to hand it on. I've sat on the seller's side of the table, and I've sat beside buyers trying to understand what they're actually getting. I've been in the rooms where deals fall apart and in the rooms where they come together cleanly — and I know the difference between the two.
That difference almost always comes down to preparation.
Founders who exit well didn't get lucky. They built something a buyer could actually buy — documented, structured, not dependent on one person's memory or relationships or sheer force of will. They knew what they had, they knew what they wanted, and they had someone in their corner who knew how to bridge the two.
That's What I Do.
I started in the pet care industry in Australia, where I built expertise in succession planning for female-owned businesses — some of the hardest-working, most underserved founders I've ever met. Now I'm based in Las Vegas, working with business owners across the globe, and I've expanded well beyond pet care. Because the fundamentals don't change: you've built something real, you deserve an exit that reflects that, and the planning needs to start before you think it does.
If you've landed on this page, something has shifted. A conversation. An approach. A birthday that felt significant. Whatever it was — I'm glad you're here.
Let's talk about what you've built and where it could take you.
"Most of the women I work with have spent years making sure everyone else is taken care of - their staff, their clients, their families. Succession planning is often the first time someone sits down and asks: what do you need? What does the next chapter look like for you?”

Why Clients Trust Kaz.
Built And Exited Her Own Business.
Kaz isn't advising from the sidelines. She's been on the floor, in the financials, and at the table. She knows what it costs to build — and what it feels like to hand it on.
Worked Both Sides Of The Deal.
With experience supporting both sellers preparing to exit and buyers navigating acquisition, Kaz understands what each side needs — and how to get them to a clean result.
"She didn’t just guide me, she also assisted the new owner. Having someone calmly coordinating both sides made a huge difference.”
First-time seller and buyer.
Operational Expertise, Not Just Theory.
Kaz's succession work is rooted in knowing how businesses actually run — the staff dynamics, the systems gaps, the things that look fine on a spreadsheet and aren't. She's been inside enough businesses to know what a buyer will find before they find it.
A Specialist In Female-Owned Businesses.
Female founders face a specific set of pressures in exit planning — undervaluation, under documentation, and the particular weight of handing on something that was deeply personal. This work is Kaz's speciality and her commitment.
How I Work
01
We Start With A Conversation.
Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation about where you are and whether I can help.
02
We Build A Plan That Fits You.
No two exits look the same. I work with your timeline, your goals, and your business — not a one-size-fits-all framework. You'll receive a tailored Statement of Work before anything begins.
03
We Do The Work Together
I'm not a consultant who disappears between sessions. I'm in it with you — whether that's on-site in your business, reviewing documents at midnight, or talking you through a decision that has to be made by morning.
If Something Here Resonated — Let's Talk.
A 30-minute discovery call costs nothing. It might change everything.
